In retrospect, Dicky and I have encountered many difficulties and hurdles since we established Sky One in 1999. But thanks to the support of an excellent staff, we have endured all kinds of crises and overcome great challenges. Sky One's business has been thriving, as shown from our sales record of over $100 million in Financial Year 2007.
I have always regarded my staff as the most important asset of the company. In order to enhance their sense of belonging and thus increase productivity, the company regularly organizes social activities to foster communication and interpersonal relationships among staff members. The company also offers a wide range of training programs to add value to our staff force and thereby increase our competitiveness.
Apart from an exceptional staff, we also need superior infrastructure to provide the best service to our customers, for what also is a workman without his tools? In 2006 and 2007, the company has invested over ten millions to build Sky One Logistics Center and to develop its electronic business system. With the logistics center as our base, we are set out to reach various destinations around the globe.
