Notice – Change in Pricing Practices

Dear Valued Customers,

We wish to extend our thanks to your continued support. We are pleased to announce that our holding company, SKY ONE HOLDINGS LIMITED, has successfully achieved listing on the Singapore Stock Exchange. We are also proud to announce that we have received ISO 9001:2000 Certification from BUREAU VERITAS.

In the period from 2005 to April 2008, the Renminbi to Hong Kong Dollar exchange rate had increased by approximately 18%. In 2008 alone, the Renminbi had appreciated against the Hong Kong Dollar by almost 4%. During the last 2 years, fuel prices in mainland China increase by 30%. A large portion of our operating expenses are denominated in Renminbi as approximately 85% of our services are comprised of transportation into mainland China. Such expenses include:

1) China domestic transportation and job related expenses

2) Chinese customs duty and tariffs.

3) China domestic fuel costs and related travel expenses

4) China domestic overheads

As such, our direct expenses have increased, adding further burdens to our operating costs and greatly affecting express services in both mainland China and Hong Kong.

In order to ensure that our valued customers and business associates continue to reap the benefits of our services and to maintain our best service standards, our holding company and all its subsidiaries will change its quoted prices from the Hong Kong Dollar to Renminbifor our Hong Kong to China and China to Hong Kong services, while services to countries outside of the People’s Republic of China will continue to be quoted using the Hong Kong Dollar.This will be effective from 1 May 2008.

In order to facilitate payments by our valued customers and business associates, our monthly invoices will clearly state the Hong Kong Dollar to Renminbi exchange rate to be used.

For example; XXX company is billed Renminbi 10,000 for the month of May and the May exchange rate is HK$1:¥0.9. Thus, we will accept HK$11,111.00 as payment.

Based on the prevailing market Hong Kong Dollar to Renminbi exchange rate, we will publish the exchange rate to be used on our website. Our valued customers and business associates may also call our customer service department or sales department to obtain the rate. When the exchange rate is published on our website, we pledge to hold it unchanged for the entire month. However, we will also accept payment in Renminbi should our valued customers and business associates choose to do so.
